01

Provider and scope

These terms cover the use of this website and the direct-download software offered by Post Hope Production: ZimeZumi Desktop, Switchy, Kendoshi Desktop and Kendoshi Team, including their bundles. Purchases through the Apple App Store are subject to the terms presented by Apple and the applicable app licence.

Post Hope Production is operated by Nico Plagemann, sole trader in Portugal, Rua das Trinas 34, 1200-858 Lisboa, Portugal. Portuguese tax number (NIF): 323000096. Contact: help@posthopeproduction.com. See also the Legal Notice.

02

Products and purchase

The product description and checkout show the software, bundle contents, system requirements and price for your purchase. Check these details before paying. Direct licences are one-time purchases without a subscription. The final total and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

The seller is identified at checkout. For purchases through Creem, Creem acts as Merchant of Record and its Buyer Terms govern the purchase. Those terms take precedence in a conflict. Post Hope Production supplies the software and product support. Other sales channels have their own checkout terms.

03

Try before buying and delivery

The direct-download Mac apps can be tested for 14 days with full functionality and without a licence purchase. Please use this period to check whether the app suits your needs and works on your Mac. After the trial, the app requires a licence for continued full use. Kendoshi Team has a separate model: one user can use the self-hosted server without a team licence; team use requires the applicable licence.

The Mac installers are available from this website. After a direct purchase, Nico sends the licence line to the purchase email address, usually the same day. This is a personal email, not an instant automated delivery promise. If your licence has not arrived, contact support with your order reference. Kendoshi Team is installed on your own server using the published installation instructions.

04

Your licence and updates

A paid direct licence gives you a non-exclusive right to use the purchased software. It does not expire and does not require a recurring payment. It does not transfer ownership of the software or its copyright. The scope of a team licence or bundle is described in the purchased product.

Direct licences are checked offline, without device binding or an activation server. Sharing a licence is allowed. Be aware that the licence line contains the purchaser’s name, email address and order reference, and the app displays licence-holder information. Share it only if you are willing to disclose that information.

Updates to the purchased version are included. A future major upgrade may be offered as an optional paid purchase; buying it is not required to keep using the version you already licensed. Statutory obligations to provide updates remain unaffected. These terms do not grant rights to third-party components beyond their respective licences.

05

Your content and responsibilities

Your notes, files and project content remain yours. Using the software does not transfer ownership of that content to Post Hope Production. Use the website and software lawfully and respect other people’s rights.

Keep backups of important data. For a self-hosted Kendoshi Team server, you manage your hosting, access permissions and server maintenance. A team licence does not include a hosting service. These responsibilities do not reduce your statutory rights if the software is defective.

Details about personal data, support enquiries and this website are in the Privacy Policy. Licence delivery uses the contact information supplied with your purchase.

06

Refunds and consumer rights

No voluntary refunds. The Mac apps offer a full 14-day trial before purchase. We do not offer an additional money-back guarantee or discretionary refunds for a change of mind after purchase. This policy does not exclude any refund, withdrawal or other remedy required by law.

Where the statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right applies, you can exercise it without giving a reason. For paid digital content supplied immediately, early loss of that right requires your prior express consent, acknowledgement of that loss and the legally required contract confirmation. A trial, a download by itself or these terms alone does not waive the right.

If the software is defective, not as described or not delivered as agreed, your statutory remedies remain available. Contact help@posthopeproduction.com with your order reference and the issue, or use the purchase support channel shown on your receipt. A statutory withdrawal requires a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. Any refund due is handled through the relevant seller or payment provider. If the purchase is lawfully cancelled, the refunded licence no longer gives you a right to use the paid software.

07

Support, liability and changes

Product and licence support: help@posthopeproduction.com. Include the app name, version and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or unnecessary private content.

Liability is governed by applicable law. These terms do not exclude mandatory consumer protection, remedies for defective digital products or other rights that cannot legally be limited. No exclusive court or arbitration requirement is imposed by these terms.

The terms presented when you purchase apply to that purchase. Later changes to this page do not retroactively reduce rights under an existing purchase. Version: 22 September 2026.
